Meet The Team
Shonda and Gerald are passionate coaches who firmly believe in the transformative power of collaboration and mentorship. They envision a space where coaches can unite to share their knowledge, experiences, and inspire one another and those they serve. Shonda and Gerald were introduced through Shonda’s cousin during the pandemic. After a couple of years of collaboration, they decided to join forces and launch the Coaching Bench.
